The LinC Project

The LinC Project (Leaders in Community) has been working towards its vision of seeing ‘thriving leaders active in flourishing communities’ of Ōtautahi and surrounds since 2014.

Over this time, we have worked with more than 250 community leaders from a wider range of sectors including leaders in community-led development, tangata whenua focussed mahi, recreation, social enterprise, ethnically diverse groups, and environmental practice.

Birthed out of the post-Ōtautahi quake environment, our community leaders have continued to work within changing and often demanding contexts which have included the mosque shootings in early 2019, and more recently the global pandemic

Now in 2022…
